1. Who’s responsible

I run this website myself, so I’m the person responsible for your information. You can reach me at uxhassan99@gmail.com.

2. What I collect

The only personal information I collect is what you choose to send me through the contact form or by email:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company, if you add it
• The details of your project or message

There are no accounts or sign-ups on this website.

3. How I use it

I use your information only to:

• Read and reply to your message
• Talk with you about the project, role or collaboration you raised
• Keep a record of our conversation while it’s ongoing

I never sell, rent or trade your information, and I won’t add you to a mailing list.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, I process your information based on:

• Your consent, which you give by ticking the box and sending the form
• My legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and discussing work with you

5. Services involved

A few trusted services help run this website and deliver your message:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) forwards the contact form to my inbox
• Google (Gmail) hosts my email
• Vercel hosts the website and, like any web host, may keep brief technical logs such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure

Each handles data under its own privacy policy. If the form can’t send, it tells you, and you can email me directly instead.

6. How long I keep it

I keep your messages only for as long as they’re useful for our conversation or any work that follows. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can:

• Ask what information I hold about you
• Ask me to correct or delete it
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to or restrict how I use it

8. Cookies

This website doesn’t set any cookies and doesn’t use advertising or tracking tools.

9. Links to other websites

My case studies and profiles live on Behance, LinkedIn and Dribbble. When you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.

If anything here changes, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
